Generate and qualify leads, understand client requirements, demonstrate ERP solutions, prepare proposals, manage full sales cycle to closure, maintain CRM records, coordinate with technical and implementation teams, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Design, develop, customize, and integrate Zoho applications using Deluge, workflows, reports, dashboards, and REST APIs. Support sales with requirements gathering, demos, POCs, technical proposals, and solution estimations. Troubleshoot implementations and stay current with Zoho best practices.
