Manage enterprise accounts across North India, generate and qualify pipeline, drive consultative solution sales through complex sales cycles, and achieve revenue targets. Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and decision-makers; develop account plans; identify expansion opportunities; manage channel and system integrator partnerships; coordinate demos, workshops, POCs, proposals, and negotiations; and maintain accurate CRM forecasts and pipeline data.

Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and operations including servers, networking, endpoint and identity management, cybersecurity controls, monitoring, backups and DR. Oversee service desk, incident response, vendor relationships, audits and compliance (ISO27001/SOC2), project execution, documentation, and team development to ensure secure, available, and compliant IT services.

Serve as primary customer operations contact: conduct regular check-ins, diagnose technical roadblocks, maintain CRM hygiene, build and update customer trackers and dashboards, log interactions, and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues and drive account transparency.
