Lead fund structuring, capital deployment, liquidity and risk management to optimize risk-adjusted returns. Integrate quantitative risk models, oversee hedging and trade execution, prepare investor materials, and mentor junior fund staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and process automation.

Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and dashboard products: conduct user research and testing, create personas, user flows, and visual designs, maintain design consistency and accessibility, collaborate with product and development teams, iterate based on feedback, and support design system development.

Lead legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions as Company Secretary. Support board governance, manage contracts, litigation and IP, oversee regulatory compliance (including AML/CFT), liaise with regulators and investors, and run legal training and contract management across the group.
