Lead multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and reporting across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Manage corporate income tax returns and provisions, deferred tax balances, indirect taxes, SAP tax processes, SOPs, and audits. Develop tax policies, train staff, collaborate with finance/IT, and identify automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Support design and technical communication for railway fastening systems, create interface and component designs, provide on-site technical support and problem solutions, analyze long-term performance data, prepare technical specifications and bidding documents, manage drawings, test samples and equipment, perform EHS checks, and translate English documents.

Manage procurement of direct and indirect goods and services, including sourcing, supplier selection, order processing, contract administration, and supplier performance management. May support strategic sourcing; para-professional level focused on transaction administration rather than pricing negotiations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of the HSG-2 import rail grinding vehicle: plan, schedule, and control production; act as SPOC between German HQ, general contractor, and internal teams; manage shipments, commissioning, acceptance, and risk/issue resolution to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Lead and support global compensation and benefits activities: salary reviews, incentive plans, job evaluations, benchmarking and analyses. Contribute to job architecture and compensation frameworks, ensure compliance (French requirements), maintain policies and documentation, support audits, and advise HR, Payroll and Finance on Total Rewards topics.
