Perform CAE/FEA analyses and develop finite element models for differential assemblies and drivetrain components. Support structural, durability, fatigue and contact simulations, correlate results with test data, aid design optimization, participate in DFMEA and validation, prepare reports, and collaborate with global teams while developing CAE capability.

Lead architecture, component design and integration of vehicle thermal management systems; prepare and maintain DFMEA and DVP; optimize integrated component development and cost; perform structural/fluid/thermal analysis and provide technical guidance to customers.

Lead development of low-noise, high-performance, long-life gearboxes for automotive, appliance, and industrial applications. Improve gear NVH, propose and validate solutions, prepare design documentation and standards, support prototyping and testing to resolve design issues, and manage the team to meet performance goals.

Manage indirect material procurement for overseas plants, lead procurement projects for Shenzhen and Jiangmen, handle inquiries, cost analysis, price negotiations, market research, data analysis, and cross-department quality improvement initiatives to support automation projects.
