Use AI and big data to optimize powder metallurgy mold design and manufacturing. Develop automated mold design, process control and management systems; integrate intelligent design algorithms with CAD tools; perform design validation and testing; maintain design documentation; collaborate with AI team to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce lead time.

Lead business growth and P&L for Integrated Thermal Management Systems and components by developing product roadmaps with engineering, managing customer relationships, analyzing customers and pricing, guiding commercial negotiations, and building and leading cross-functional teams to execute awarded programs.

Support accurate fixed asset accounting by processing acquisitions, disposals, transfers and capitalization; perform ledger reconciliations; maintain asset records in ERP; assist physical verifications, impairment reviews, audits, and month-/year-end schedules; ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls; participate in process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Design and test electric motors per project specs; develop process standards; create test plans and performance evaluations; support pre-production, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, improve motor processes to reduce cost, liaise with sales/customers on design changes, and maintain product standards.

Design non-standard equipment per departmental requirements; define design standards, train and guide designers, finalize design solutions, coordinate technical support and resources for urgent needs, and provide after-sales service.

Lead global business growth and P&L for motor drive product segment. Develop product roadmap with engineering, build customer relationships and networks, analyze customers and pricing, negotiate commercial terms, monitor competitors, and secure profitable programs while managing delivery and account performance.

Lead continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving across production cells. Manage cell-level quality systems (control plans, SPC, inspection records), supplier quality (PPAP, non-conformances, corrective actions), coach technicians, ensure compliance with IATF/ISO standards, and support cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.
