Lead hardware design for BLDC/PMSM and DC motor controllers: capture requirements, perform circuit design, component selection, PCB layout, simulation, testing and commissioning. Drive hardware qualification (CVT/DVT/PVT), EMC/EMI certification, produce BOM/DFMEA and technical documentation, and collaborate with software engineers on motor drive commissioning and validation processes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, maintain process documentation and training, support PT builds and production ramp-up, resolve production issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality, yield, and cycle-time objectives.

Lead financial planning and analysis for the Humanoid Robot BU: build product cost models and standard costing, track monthly costs and variances, support budget and cost-reduction initiatives, manage R&D/project finance and CAPEX business cases, drive KPIs and internal controls, and act as finance liaison to product, engineering, and supply chain.

Design electronic control hardware and PCBs; select chips and prepare BOMs; perform EMC testing and corrective actions. Requires strong digital and analog circuit design skills and familiarity with DFMEA. English reading/writing ability required.
