Serve as finance business partner for Metals operations: monitor cost transactions, lead month-end close, provide cost and trend analysis, support budgeting (cost models, SAP uploads, plan presentations), evaluate capital projects (≤ $10M), improve financial tools/systems, and deliver financial insights and reporting while upskilling stakeholders in cost control.

Act as technical liaison between design and operations to industrialize mechanical equipment: support assembly, testing and commissioning on-site; validate equipment and document non-conformities; write technical specifications and quality protocols; manage change requests, prototype tests and risk analyses; coordinate external suppliers and capture lessons learned.
