Manage multiple capital projects from prefeasibility through execution for mining and mineral processing operations. Plan validation activities, assess readiness, manage evidence and traceability, facilitate stakeholder sign-off, monitor risks and quality, and coordinate defect triage across Finance, Tax, Data, Reporting, Technology, and project teams. Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, controlled, audit-ready, and aligned with program governance standards.

Develop and execute sourcing and commercial strategies for Rio Tinto’s Gladstone assets. Manage tenders, negotiations, contracts, supplier relationships, risk mitigation, and procurement processes through contract closeout. Use SAP, Ariba, and related systems to analyze data, ensure compliance, deliver cost and process improvements, and support site plans. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, change management, contract claims support, and coaching team members.
