12-month maternity-leave HR Advisor responsible for end-to-end recruitment coordination, acting as primary HR partner for functional, industrialization and technology teams, executing cross-functional HR cycles (performance, talent, onboarding, mobility), driving continuous improvement and harmonization of HR processes, defining KPIs and structuring HR documentation to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Supports a global Corporate and Strategic Projects Legal team through legal operations, administrative coordination, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, document management, and stakeholder engagement. The role manages legal spend, purchase orders, expenses, external law firm invoicing, onboarding, travel, and team logistics. It also contributes to process improvement, legal technology and AI adoption, knowledge management, and risk reporting.

Coordinate daily warehouse and internal logistics operations at the Rincon Lithium Project. Responsibilities include managing material receipts and dispatches, controlling SAP inventory transactions, maintaining stock accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations, enforcing safe storage and handling procedures, reporting inventory updates, leading the warehouse team, and driving continuous process improvement while maintaining health, safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.

Develop and manage reliability programs for underground, surface, fixed, and mobile mining assets. Conduct criticality assessments, failure analyses, lifecycle planning, maintenance optimization, spare-parts analysis, and condition monitoring. Lead root-cause investigations, asset health reporting, replacement forecasting, budgeting, commissioning, and reliability assurance. Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and technical services teams while ensuring compliance with MSHA regulations and company safety standards.

Develop and implement employee communication plans, advise leaders, translate complex business information into clear messages, lead campaigns and town halls, manage multi-channel content, gather employee feedback, and support engagement, safety, culture, community, and reputation initiatives across mining operations.

Lead project governance, assurance and continuous improvement for a sustaining capital portfolio. Influence investment decisions, optimise capital allocation, implement portfolio reporting and standards, drive digital tool and data governance improvements, and coach project teams to adopt consistent project management practices across Pacific Operations.

Manage global transfer pricing advisory across cross-border arrangements and jurisdictions. Provide commercially practical tax advice, lead or support APAs, MAPs, and tax authority engagements, monitor legislative developments, manage transfer pricing risks, and coordinate documentation and reporting with regional tax and compliance teams. Build trusted relationships with global Tax, Finance, operational, and external stakeholders while delivering governance-aligned outcomes.

Coordinate Simandou’s strategic and operational initiative portfolio as the central integration point across mining, maintenance, technical, safety, HR, supply chain and finance. Translate strategy into execution roadmaps, establish governance and reporting, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate senior reviews, track commitments and benefits, and support operational change during the transition to large-scale production.

Leads contracts, procurement, and commercial activities for a major mining infrastructure project. Develops sourcing strategies, manages complex tenders and high-value contracts, oversees EPCM procurement, negotiates with domestic and international suppliers, and advises senior stakeholders on commercial risk, governance, logistics, and supply chain outcomes. Mentors procurement and contract professionals while driving safe, sustainable, and commercially optimized project delivery.

Leads in-country legal support for the Simandou mining and infrastructure project in Guinea. Advises senior leadership on corporate, commercial, regulatory, procurement, infrastructure, joint venture, compliance, disputes, investigations, and government engagement matters. Manages the local legal team and external counsel, oversees legal spend, monitors legal developments, supports negotiations, and promotes ethics, anti-bribery, sanctions, competition-law compliance, and corporate responsibility.
