Manages multiple industrial automation projects from planning through implementation, testing, and site activities. Oversees QHSE, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, change orders, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and client relationships. Develops execution strategies, prepares project reports, leads project teams, supports negotiations, and ensures timely, cost-effective delivery. Requires substantial project management and automation engineering experience, technical knowledge of process automation systems, Turkish and English fluency, frequent travel, and a valid driving license.

The role requires understanding EPC project lifecycles, process automation, instrumentation, control systems, and major capital projects.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial automation solutions, including DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA, and related systems. Develop solution concepts, system architectures, cost estimates, compliance matrices, and tender submissions. Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, finance, vendors, and customers; support pricing, competitive positioning, technical clarifications, and negotiations. The role requires an engineering-related degree or diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel domestically or internationally.

Supports design engineering for industrial automation projects, including graphics, cabinet design, wiring, and technical documentation. Participates in factory and site acceptance testing, commissioning, start-up activities, and technical training under the guidance of lead engineers.

Promote company products, develop new markets, identify and cultivate prospective customers, manage customer relationships and sales opportunities, understand customer needs, prepare product information and quotations, provide sales solutions, and review performance and strategies with supervisors to improve sales effectiveness.

Processes and manages orders and related transactions using SAP and other systems. Reviews requests, resolves issues with stakeholders, provides process guidance, maintains documentation, supports audits and system testing, and contributes to process improvements. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and English.
