The role supports SAP BTP, Fiori, AI-driven analytics, audit readiness, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable, cost-effective solutions and adherence to clean-core and change-management practices.

Supports major mining construction projects through planning, engineering coordination, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, change management, contractor oversight, and performance reporting. Develops project scopes, RFPs, estimates, schedules, and expenditure requests while managing consultants, vendors, and contractors. Collaborates with technical, environmental, metallurgy, permitting, and capital project teams. Ensures safety, environmental compliance, equipment suitability, and delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, with significant field involvement during construction.

Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, maintain contract registers and CLM documentation, coordinate sourcing events and bids, monitor supplier performance, and support procurement planning. The role manages contract compliance, renewals, amendments, audits, spend reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across mining operations. It requires collaboration with operations, maintenance, engineering, finance, and suppliers in an active open-pit mine environment.

Lead on-site supply chain operations including warehouse, logistics and inventory control. Develop 1-2 year materials management plans, implement ERP-based warehouse systems, deliver KPIs and reporting, manage budgets, build a high-performance team, coordinate ice-road bulk material scheduling, and apply industry best practices to improve site efficiency.

Supervise and lead geotechnicians and drilling contractors to ensure safe, efficient exploration drilling operations. Manage drill performance tracking, consumables, safety audits, training, QA/QC, inventory, invoice reconciliation, and contractor compliance with SSR standards and SOPs.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary mining and processing studies from scoping through pre-feasibility and feasibility. Manage consultants, develop scopes, schedules, budgets, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, technical reports, risk assessments, and execution strategies while supporting cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.
