Drive new business development and win national/key account contracts for mechanical handling equipment. Create account plans, tender proposals, and sales quotations; manage follow-up, order processing, and CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to secure support for tenders, improve customer experience, and meet or exceed volume, mix and profitability targets.

Supports sales and operations by designing solutions, pre-installation planning, procurement and supplier management. Provide training, consulting, and technical support for BIM tools (especially Autodesk Construction Cloud), set up data flows and collaboration, present solutions to clients, assist sales with offers, and help create and optimize BIM standards and proprietary tools.

Support operational managers with financial reporting, dashboards, budget preparation and performance analysis. Ensure reliability of financial data, develop management tools, perform ad-hoc studies, and provide accounting data for closings while promoting continuous improvement and financial governance.

Record, control and reconcile accounting entries for assigned bank and customer accounts. Process cash receipts/disbursements, prepare reconciliation statements, support account closings, ensure compliance with financial and tax rules, produce activity indicators, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead commercial development for an assigned territory: prospect and retain customers, qualify needs, prepare and negotiate technical-commercial offers and tenders, support project launches and implementation, monitor profitability, manage disputes and collections, and update CRM and market intelligence.

Provide technical expertise and support for a product range: act as liaison with manufacturers, support operational teams and customers, diagnose installations, develop technical documentation and training, contribute to product improvement, purchasing strategy, and maintenance/warranty proposals.
