Lead and oversee complex employee relations matters, provide risk‑aware ER guidance,Coach and QA Case Advisors, manage investigations and conciliations, partner with stakeholders, monitor case progress, and drive continuous improvement of ER processes.

Support payroll compliance by performing checks, reconciliations, audit preparation, reporting and legislative monitoring. Maintain payroll policies, validate data, assist system testing, and collaborate with Payroll, P&C, Finance and IT to deliver continuous improvement across payroll systems.
