Develop and improve manufacturing methods and documentation for aircraft production. Manage technology transfer from France, optimize assembly processes, ensure configuration management and compliance, drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, support production troubleshooting, tooling selection, documentation, training, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve production readiness and efficiency.
