Provide technical support and triage for the university's Canvas LMS and related instructional technologies. Assist faculty and students with course delivery, integrations, accessibility best practices, and emerging educational tools (including AI-enabled tools). Collaborate with Academic Technology, WITS teams, and campus stakeholders to document procedures, coordinate projects, and improve the digital learning experience.
