Coordinate international logistics for export customer orders, including order preparation, transportation, logistics providers, anomaly resolution, activity and budget monitoring. Ensure operations comply with BPDG in partnership with Quality Assurance. Lead projects to improve processes, IT tools, interfaces, costs, and environmental impact. Requires knowledge of international logistics flows, Incoterms, road, maritime and air transport, ERP-based order and shipment processes, and professional English communication.
