Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for conveyor systems, stackers/reclaimers and mobile machines; detail structural steel, create BOMs/material take-offs, coordinate with vendors and site teams, and ensure compliance with IS/ISO/DIN and GD&T standards.

Create plant layouts, general arrangement and fabrication drawings for conveyor systems, stackers, reclaimers and mobile equipment. Develop 3D assembly/sub-assembly models, detail structural steel supports and transfer towers, prepare BOMs and material take-offs, coordinate with vendors/designers and ensure compliance with IS/ISO/DIN and GD&T drawing standards.

Lead manufacturing equipment projects from supplier selection through delivery and cost control. Define execution strategies, manage risks and schedules, liaise with suppliers, ensure quality, drive timely payments and cash flow, and travel to workshops and job sites as needed.

Support project managers by creating, maintaining and analyzing resource-loaded Level 4 CDM schedules and WBS, tracking baselines and forecasts, coordinating cross-functional teams, producing reports, performing what-if analysis, and ensuring schedules meet contractual and company standards.

Prepare and analyze financial records, perform month- and year-end close, reconciliations, full-cycle accounts payable, intercompany transactions, and support audits. Coordinate with procurement, assist CFO with banking and special projects, and produce monthly/quarterly reporting for US and Mexico operations.

Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models and complex drawings for bulk material handling systems. Verify layouts with dimensional calculations, review drawings for fabrication, interact with clients/vendors, meet project deadlines, and mentor junior designers and technicians.

Designs and integrates mechanical and electromechanical products and systems, analyzes customer proposals and technical data, coordinates fabrication/installation and field evaluations, supports operation/maintenance, and engages clients to expand project scope and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
