Lead design, implementation, and production operation of agentic LLM systems for medical imaging clinical trials. Build end-to-end agentic workflows (planning, retrieval, tool use), RAG solutions, evaluation frameworks, scalable backend services, and MLOps pipelines. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, ensure observability, compliance, and safety, and translate clinical workflows into validated, production-grade AI systems.

Provide first-line technical support for business systems used in clinical research: triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents; maintain records and metrics; escalate unresolved issues; contribute to problem management, documentation, stakeholder communications, and process improvement. Work may include varied shift patterns.

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot two Siemens RDS Eclipse cyclotrons and supporting systems (RNDS, ACS). Provide on-call and night-shift engineering support, manage spare parts inventory, ensure radiation protection and regulatory compliance, maintain documentation and SOPs, and support continuous technical improvement and training.

Lead tactical delivery and governance of compensation programs across multiple countries, including pay reviews, variable pay, benchmarking, job grading, salary structures and compensation analytics. Ensure accurate implementation, strong controls, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement of compensation processes and incentive governance.

Design, build, and operationalize agentic AI systems for clinical imaging trials: intake/validation (DICOM/non‑DICOM), RAG-grounded workflows, QC checks, evaluation harnesses, MLOps deployment, observability, safety/traceability, and cross-functional enablement across the PDLC.
