Serve as TEEX representative for the Permian Basin: build and maintain relationships with municipal, volunteer, and emergency response organizations; coordinate regional training, identify customer needs, promote TEEX programs, support business development, and ensure customer service and program growth.

Designs, develops, and maintains dynamic web applications using relational databases. Gathers requirements, ensures accessibility and responsive design, manages code with revision control, and provides ongoing support.

Develop and deploy classroom and online curriculum for law enforcement and protective services. Work with SMEs to create learning objectives, design materials and visuals, edit and format manuals, lead development meetings, track project progress, and ensure alignment with standards and testing.

Writes, edits, and helps produce written content for the agency under general supervision. Reports to the Communications Program Coordinator. Part-time, temporary role requiring a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience), two years of communications experience, and a valid motor vehicle license. Employment contingent on criminal history check.

Supports training and development activities including curriculum design, course facilitation, logistics, registration, coordination, and hosting for learning events. Assists the Training and Development Manager and provides communication and administrative support for workforce learning programs.
