Support HR team by developing and implementing a recruitment strategy for Benelux hotels, preparing vacancies, building talent pipelines, coordinating with Operations and educational partners, and producing recruitment reports.

Lead hotel development in Poland & CEE: define roadmap, source sites, build investor/partner networks, manage feasibility studies and proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects from opportunity to contract signature.
