Perform daily QA reviews of mortgage applications pre- and post-funding to ensure compliance with underwriting standards, policies, and regulations. Investigate suspicious files, identify trends and fraud risk, prepare QA reports with findings and recommendations, support audits, manage approved/vendor/AML lists, and provide guidance to underwriting and stakeholders on credit risk and loss mitigation.

Develop and manage an exclusive regional territory and advisor portfolio, act as the mortgage expert for partner financial advisors, drive referral volume, guide clients from first contact to funding, use technology and centralized support, and potentially grow your own team.

Provide on-site IT support for the Toronto office and remote Level 1/2 support across locations. Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, MDM/RMM administration, endpoint security/patching, hardware inventory, ticketing, vendor coordination, and process documentation while mentoring junior staff.
