Own and administer the firm’s U.S. and international patent prosecution docket. Review correspondence, calculate and monitor statutory and procedural deadlines, triage incoming materials, verify records through official patent systems, audit docket accuracy, resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, support matter intake and transfers, improve processes, procure signatures, and assist with patent application and prosecution filings. The role requires strong patent prosecution knowledge, independent judgment, precision, communication, and proactive risk management.
