Provide administrative support to the Workers' Compensation team: manage correspondence, records, phone/email handling, clerical tasks, coordinate meetings and supplies, assist projects, maintain confidentiality and support compliance and cross-training.

Support Operations Accounting by performing general ledger, month-end/year-end closings, reconciliations, audit support, financial reporting (10-K/10-Q), AP/AR processing, royalty and workers' compensation accounting, intercompany transactions, and ad hoc accounting projects to maintain compliance and internal controls.
