Provide administrative support to the Major Gifts team, manage donor records and stewardship activities, prepare proposals/reports and communications, support prospect research, coordinate donor events and materials, and maintain fundraising databases to help cultivate, solicit and steward major donors.

Support the People & Culture team across the employee lifecycle: coordinate onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS support (BambooHR), policy compliance, recruitment assistance, events, documentation, and confidential HR tasks.
