Perform cybersecurity testing and vulnerability identification for a MILSATCOM PMO using DISA STIGs and industry tools; author and peer-review test plans and reports; collect and aggregate cyber security data; support ISSE assessments; communicate findings to developers; improve testing processes; assist resolving security issues. Design and secure mission-critical network systems for defense customers. Analyze infrastructures, troubleshoot complex network issues, implement IPv4/IPv6, QoS, MPLS, BGP, apply STIG security hardening, configure cryptographic/COMSEC/VoIP systems, model bandwidth and data flows in MBSE, and produce network topology diagrams to support worldwide encrypted communications.

Support the Test Director in planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting test and evaluation activities for space and missile defense systems. Prepare test documentation (charters, briefs, plans, reports), collaborate with military and civilian teams, and communicate technical topics related to space domain awareness, missile defense, C2 networks, data management, and sensor orchestration.

Design, secure, and optimize mission-critical network architectures for defense systems. Troubleshoot complex network issues, model encrypted communications and data flows, create topology diagrams, and ensure STIG compliance and secure device configurations. Support interoperability, availability, and reliability of enterprise and data center networks.

Develop, execute, and lead test and evaluation for resilient missile warning, TISR, and environmental monitoring ground systems. Define test strategies and large-scale test artifacts (TES, TEMP, SITP, EVP, VCRM, RVFs); perform system integration, verification, validation, analysis, and reporting. Identify and drive early mitigations, collaborate with government clients, FFRDCs, and contractor teams, and support engineering integration across DoD acquisition programs.
