Provides executive and workplace support for three founders, managing calendars, meetings, travel, agendas, expenses, onboarding, office operations, vendors, facilities coordination, and internal events across Toronto and Ottawa. The role is part-time at 20 hours per week and requires strong organization, communication, discretion, independent judgment, and reliable follow-through. It may grow into people and culture, office operations, or senior executive support.

Support media planning by turning briefs and insights into accurate, activation-ready plans. Build budgets, channel allocations, blocking charts, and documentation; coordinate with performance, creative, and client teams; track assumptions and decisions; prepare materials for reviews and presentations; identify gaps and incorporate feedback to ensure smooth activation.
