Support Finance & Operations leadership by implementing and improving operational systems, ClickUp architecture, workflows, SOPs and HR administration. Provide executive-level coordination for the President & CEO and SLT including meeting logistics, materials, note-taking, follow-up, travel and expense coordination. Maintain confidential employee records, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and support project implementation and continuous process improvement.
