Manage Amazon accounts including listing optimization, keyword research, inventory and shipment coordination, account health and issue resolution, reporting and data analysis, and general client support to meet KPIs.

Support day-to-day Amazon Seller Central backend operations: listing and catalog maintenance, flat-file updates, case management with Seller Support, account health monitoring, troubleshooting, and internal coordination. Document SOPs and improve operational processes.

Lead and develop managers and senior staff across US and Philippine teams, drive operational excellence, oversee workflows (ClickUp), support change management, foster culture and employee growth, ensure client commitments and collaborate with HR on escalations.
