Own product areas and help shape Rentana’s roadmap, priorities, requirements, and execution. Translate customer feedback into product solutions, collaborate with engineering and design, coordinate releases from concept through general availability, conduct customer research, analyze product usage and market trends, and improve product development processes. The role focuses on B2B SaaS and data-heavy software in a fast-paced startup environment.

Design and implement scalable backend and frontend systems, build and maintain data pipelines, design SQL/GraphQL database systems, collaborate on product and metrics, improve performance, security, and reliability, and support customer-facing features.

Partner with the CEO to scale operations across recruiting, finance, customer success ops, and strategy. Own hiring, billing in QuickBooks, ARR tracking, SQL/Hex analysis, process and playbook creation, and ad-hoc high-impact projects to make the business repeatable and scalable.
