Lead territory sales strategy and retailer partnerships to build and manage a portfolio of retailers. Negotiate commercial terms, oversee onboarding and account management, drive growth through cross-sell/up-sell, provide sales reporting, hire and mentor sales staff, and collaborate with product, data, marketing, compliance, and operations to improve offerings and go-to-market execution.

Maintain compliance with BSP/AMLC/PDIC/BIR, participate in UAT and BCP activities, propose process improvements, and act as custodian for accountable forms and vault items.

Perform branch account services including customer onboarding, KYC/CDD, account opening in the core banking system, signature verification, document safekeeping, debit card handling, customer inquiries and complaint resolution, EOD reporting, and participation in UAT and BCP activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and internal controls.
