Own the end-to-end 3P payouts and collections product, including roadmap, specifications, user journeys, financial partner and banking integrations, and launches. Evaluate partners, manage integration strategy, account for flow-of-funds and licensing constraints, and collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and clients. The role requires deep expertise in outbound payouts, inbound collections, virtual accounts, cross-border payment rails, and B2B payments UX.

Own APAC post-onboarding client experience: manage treasury and settlement across fiat and crypto, resolve failed settlements and wire issues, run penny tests, activate and reactivate accounts, build playbooks and runbooks, reconcile fund movements, and partner with Engineering/Product to automate and scale operations.

Build and scale Codex's outbound engine: manage sending infrastructure and deliverability, run lead sourcing/enrichment pipelines, operate multi-channel outreach, own CRM and pipeline delivery, align with sales, and automate GTM workflows using AI and integrations to drive qualified meetings.

Design and build backend systems for payment integrations, settlement, reconciliation, stablecoin on/off-ramps, onboarding and compliance infrastructure (KYC/KYB/KYT), and internal ops tooling. Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Trading Ops to ensure reliable, maintainable, and compliant money-movement flows across fiat and crypto.

Lead end-to-end legal for financial partnerships: draft, negotiate, and execute partner contracts; manage diligence and RFIs; prepare licensing and regulatory memos; advise on product regulatory implications across jurisdictions; maintain standard agreements and brief teams on regulatory changes.

Own end-to-end commercial relationships with institutional and fintech clients across Latin America: source and qualify leads, run outbound and discovery, negotiate pricing, coordinate onboarding to live trading, manage account health and reactivation, attend regional conferences, and surface market intelligence and client feedback to internal teams.

Own end-to-end commercial relationships with institutional and fintech clients in Hong Kong: source and qualify leads, run outbound, negotiate and close deals, coordinate onboarding to live trading, monitor account health and reactivate dormant clients, and share regional market intelligence with internal teams.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding and KYB execution while building scalable processes and automation. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Trading Operations, and Engineering, document workflows, and prioritize automation to support rapid growth of fintech, PSP, and institutional clients.
