Coordinate recruitment, enrollment, and academic support for TRIO SSS Access program. Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, collect and analyze program data, develop tracking systems, provide academic advising and student programming, assist with reports and federal compliance, and support participant retention, graduation, and post-graduate planning.

Lead strategic alumni engagement for a 90,000+ alumnus network, executing a three-year plan. Oversee programming, events, communications, CRM data management, fundraising support, budget oversight, and a small team while building relationships across campuses and stakeholders to drive engagement and philanthropic goals.
