Support procurement for the Alexandra Bridge Project by sourcing suppliers, managing contracts and logistics, coordinating schedules with project teams, ensuring compliance and quality, monitoring supplier performance, and driving process improvements and sustainability initiatives.

Oversee project execution from planning to delivery: create schedules, allocate resources, lead and mentor teams, manage stakeholder communication, ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance, and prepare progress reports.

Design, develop, test, and support JDE EnterpriseOne applications, UBEs, integrations, and custom reports. Review code and documentation, enforce technical standards, coordinate project delivery and resource allocation, handle JDE help desk escalations, and manage vendor/CNC relationships to ensure service levels and successful solution implementation.

Lead and support treasury operations, cash management, and equipment lease financing. Provide financial analysis and reporting for board, lenders, and investors. Improve cash forecasting, banking operations, intercompany funding, corporate card administration, controls, and process documentation. Support audits and cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage project budgets and forecasts across construction developments, driving cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Partner with project teams to advise on cost savings, ensure compliance, mitigate financial risks, and maintain auditable records through project completion.

Designs and manages compensation strategy, job architecture, salary structures, and incentive programs. Leads annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, conducts pay‑equity analyses, partners with HRBPs and payroll/HRIS, provides data-driven insights and reporting, and advises senior leadership on compensation governance and policy.

Support administration and coordination of employee benefits, retirement, and wellness programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS (Workday) entries, process enrollments and contribution changes, assist with audits and reconciliations, respond to employee inquiries, maintain trackers and FAQs, and support communication distribution and data integrity.
