Senior Counsel will provide broad in-house legal support across commercial, corporate, employment, intellectual property, real estate, privacy, regulatory, litigation, and dispute matters. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, manages outside counsel, develops legal processes and risk strategies, advises business leaders, and reviews external communications. The position requires a hands-on generalist who can support life sciences business units in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Processes and codes vendor invoices, verifies purchase orders, resolves discrepancies, maintains vendor records, performs statement reconciliations, and supports month-end close and audits. The role requires accurate accounting and clerical work, collaboration across teams, adaptability, and proficiency with NetSuite and Excel in a regulated manufacturing environment.
