Lead and build the organization's development function, driving major gifts, annual and planned giving, campaign leadership, donor stewardship, communications, CRM operations, grant coordination, and volunteer/board engagement to support growth and a capital campaign.

Serve as a strategic member of the executive team to lead all advancement activity, drive the Respite Transformed capital campaign, manage and grow the fundraising team, cultivate major and planned gifts, develop donor and board engagement, establish advancement strategy and KPIs, and support organizational growth and regional expansion to scale respite services.
