Welcomes and assists museum visitors, provides information about exhibitions and programs, processes admissions and membership transactions, manages coat check, supports accessibility requests, and monitors galleries to protect artwork and visitors. The role also handles cash reconciliation, maintains visitor-service materials, responds to emergencies, follows security procedures, and supports a positive, inclusive visitor experience during regular operations and special events.

Leads fundraising strategy and operations across four museums, including major gifts, comprehensive campaigns, corporate and individual giving, membership, sponsorships, donor communications, and development teams. Builds relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, community leaders, boards, and volunteers; partners with senior leadership on philanthropic goals; oversees fundraising systems, budgets, staff, compliance, and relationship management practices; and advises museum leadership and trustees on development opportunities.

Reviews and reconciles general ledger accounts, audits journal entries and payables, supports monthly close, prepares tax filings, administers purchasing cards, maintains fixed-asset records, performs internal audits, and assists with inventory, reporting, 1099 preparation, and external audit procedures.

Develops, schedules, coordinates, and evaluates public programs and events for diverse museum audiences. Manages cross-departmental teams, vendors, contracts, budgets, schedules, event technology, staffing, supplies, marketing assets, and program logistics. Conducts research, tracks attendance and demographic data, prepares reports, and uses analytics to improve programming. The role includes supervising event execution, troubleshooting AV systems, and working evenings and weekends.
