Lead PoC/PoT engagements and migrations from VMware/Nutanix, produce HLDs/LLDs/runbooks, implement CI/CD and GitOps automation, integrate security/observability, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor customer operations teams through delivery and operational handover.

Lead and improve a distributed Zabbix monitoring platform, build AI-assisted operational workflows, reduce alert noise via event correlation, automate root-cause analysis and response using Python/Bash/Ansible, and produce dashboards and executive SLO reporting.
