Provide expert guidance on early-grade English pedagogy, design ORF and foundational literacy frameworks, translate pedagogy into product and assessment requirements, contextualize tools for low-resource multilingual public education systems, support validation and classroom pilots, and develop teacher-facing guidance and training materials to improve learning outcomes.

Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, procurement, vendor relationships, travel arrangements, asset inventory, documentation, and administrative support for HR, IT, and Finance. Ensure policy compliance, support audits, and drive process improvements during a 6-month maternity cover.

Lead and own WAIG's AI product function end-to-end: set multi-year product strategy across health, education, and agriculture; drive delivery from hypothesis to scaled deployment; build and mentor a distributed product team; represent product in donor, government, and partner engagements; ensure quality delivery against grant commitments.
