Lead UWGLA’s marketing and communications to grow visibility, donor acquisition, retention, and revenue. Develop brand strategy, donor marketing campaigns, storytelling, media relations, events, and marketing operations. Manage vendors, budget, KPIs, marketing technology, and an integrated team to meet revenue and engagement goals.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of signature and donor events (WalkUnitedLA plus 10–20 annual activations), manage vendors, budgets, run-of-show, sponsorship packaging and fulfillment, coordinate cross-departmentally with Development and Marketing, maintain annual event calendar, mentor event staff, and drive participation and net revenue while ensuring mission-centered experiences.

Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to grow annual corporate and employee giving revenue through workplace campaigns, sponsorships, partner engagement, and volunteer integration. Coordinate cross-functionally on campaign logistics, maintain CRM data, prepare performance summaries, build campaign playbooks, and support employer onboarding to meet revenue, participation, and account growth goals.

Lead corporate and workplace giving strategy to expand partnerships, grow employee giving campaigns, secure major corporate funding, and manage a development team. Build account plans, run sponsorship strategy, analyze performance, and drive revenue growth and partner retention across Los Angeles County.

Manage end-to-end financial administration of grants and subgrants: grantee onboarding, invoice review, payments, reconciliation, journal entries, audit support, compliance monitoring, technical assistance, and financial reporting for assigned portfolio.
