Manages the Town’s enterprise applications throughout their lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, support, security, upgrades, releases, documentation, and continuous improvement. Partners with departments and vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, create reports and dashboards, and lead application projects. Coordinates testing, change management, deployments, training, communications, and production support while ensuring applications remain reliable, secure, accessible, and aligned with operational needs.

Coordinates facility rentals and community events from inquiry through completion, including venue tours, agreements, payments, calendars, logistics, staffing, and onsite support. Provides customer service to renters and the public, assists with recreation marketing and promotional content, updates websites, supports community events, and performs administrative duties such as scheduling, recordkeeping, correspondence, data entry, and reporting. Evening, weekend, holiday, outdoor, and emergency-related work may be required.
