Manages healthcare technology clients and oversees revenue cycle and clearinghouse performance. Monitors KPIs, resolves operational and technical issues, coordinates internal teams, supports reporting and QBRs, and identifies workflow improvements. Maintains knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and EDI transactions, interprets operational data, manages escalations, and drives proactive client success.

Develops healthcare payer sales strategy and drives new-logo acquisition for EDI, payer gateway, adjudication, and clinical data exchange solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, consultative selling, executive presentations, RFPs, negotiations, contract closing, forecasting, and collaboration with implementation teams. The role manages complex sales cycles with commercial and government payers and requires extensive healthcare technology sales experience, Salesforce proficiency, and up to 50% travel.

Analyzes and optimizes DevOps workflows, identifies process inefficiencies, develops improvement strategies, and standardizes best practices. Collaborates with development, operations, QA, and business stakeholders; maintains process documentation; creates performance dashboards and reports; manages risks and issues; supports work triage; and delivers training and guidance to improve DevOps capabilities and delivery outcomes.

Supports day-to-day client operations across healthcare revenue cycle SaaS platforms. Executes and monitors eligibility, claims, rejection, and remittance workflows; investigates issues; tracks KPIs; maintains reports and dashboards; analyzes denial and rejection trends; coordinates client follow-ups; supports performance reviews; and identifies automation and workflow improvement opportunities.
