Lead electrical preconstruction estimating for heavy/advanced manufacturing, industrial and mission-critical projects. Review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, develop detailed cost estimates and scopes, coordinate with trades and vendors, evaluate subcontractor proposals, support bidding, budgeting, scheduling, change order pricing, and historical cost analysis. Travel required.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction projects by managing documentation, scheduling meetings, tracking workflows and deliverables, supporting QA/QC, and using project platforms (Procore/ACC) to maintain clear communication among clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Design mechanical systems for mission-critical facilities (data centers, advanced manufacturing). Perform load, pipe and duct calculations, PUE/WUE analysis; produce drawings and specs; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior engineers; support construction administration and client presentations while ensuring code compliance and operational reliability.
