Travel required.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction projects by managing documentation, scheduling meetings, tracking workflows and deliverables, supporting QA/QC, and using project platforms (Procore/ACC) to maintain clear communication among clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Design mechanical systems for mission-critical facilities (data centers, advanced manufacturing). Perform load, pipe and duct calculations, PUE/WUE analysis; produce drawings and specs; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior engineers; support construction administration and client presentations while ensuring code compliance and operational reliability.

Manage and maintain project schedules and baselines, perform network logic analysis, cost and resource loading, generate performance and cash flow reports, assist monthly schedule reporting, and develop schedules for proposals and construction.

Manage project financial strategy, budgets, cost control, change orders, billings and forecasts. Produce reports, identify variances and risks, ensure cost integrity, coordinate with accounting, project management, subcontractors, and clients to support project cost estimation and reporting.
