Provide contract review, negotiation, and administration for construction subcontracts, purchase orders, and AIA/DBIA forms; assist with RFPs, change orders, claims, lien responses, litigation discovery, mediation/arbitration support, and train business teams on commercial contract matters.

Partner with project and operations leadership to drive milestone compliance, perform critical path and time-impact analyses, identify risks, and develop recovery strategies from pursuit through closeout.

Lead VDC/BIM efforts across design-build projects: coordinate 3D/2D modeling, perform clash detection, 4D/5D analyses, quantity take-offs, manage model updates, coach teams on BIM best practices, and serve as information manager for project delivery.
