Source and procure electrical materials, equipment, and services across multiple projects. Evaluate bids and bills of material, perform takeoffs and estimates, prepare submittals and purchase lists, manage vendors, and track deliveries to ensure on-time jobsite supply.

Manage project financial strategy including budgets, costs, change orders, billings, and forecasts. Produce and maintain cost and forecast reports, identify variances and risks, ensure integration with accounting, and improve cost control processes across project teams.

Manage life sciences construction projects from concept through closeout ($20M–$200M+). Oversee budgeting, cost reporting, scheduling, subcontractors, submittals, change orders, safety, quality, site logistics, staffing/training, equipment, bidding, and project closeout. Requires travel to service St. Louis clients and nationwide projects.

Lead design, programming, integration, and commissioning of PLC, BMS, SCADA, and EPMS systems for mission-critical facilities. Develop control and network architectures with cybersecurity best practices, perform testing/validation, manage vendors, troubleshoot operations, and mentor junior engineers while evaluating emerging automation and IoT/predictive-maintenance technologies.

Manage accounting activities for assigned construction projects, including job setup, billing, contract values, over and under billings, invoices, subcontractor payments, audits, and owner billing documentation. Serve as the primary accounting resource for project managers, maintain project accounting records, support tax and annual audits, and mentor project accountants and clerks. Assist with training materials, process improvements, and special projects.

Project Accountant responsible for setting up and maintaining construction job budgets, contracts, subcontracts, change orders, invoices, and job-cost records. The role processes and reconciles invoices, monitors subcontractor billings, prepares owner invoicing packages, supports project managers and superintendents, assists with audits, and keeps PMWeb, JD Edwards, DataServ, and Textura synchronized. Requires accounting experience in general contracting or subcontracting, Excel proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
