Lead process design for industrial projects (pet food, meat processing), develop PFDs/P&IDs and material balances, specify equipment, run simulations (AFT, HTRI), coordinate vendors/teams, support construction/commissioning, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead multidisciplinary design coordination for complex industrial projects, liaising between clients, PMs, discipline leads, and consultants. Assist with drawings, specifications, load and pressure-drop calculations, equipment selection, interdisciplinary coordination, construction administration (RFIs, submittals, field observations), and apply relevant codes while developing technical skills under senior mentorship.

Lead SEI pursuit readiness by converting leads into executable pursuits: perform site visits, define scopes, assess feasibility and contract risks, coordinate handoffs to Preconstruction, track milestones, manage multiple concurrent pursuits, escalate resource or execution risks, support client and internal meetings, and contribute to pipeline reporting and pursuit prioritization.

Manage project financial strategy including budgets, costs, change orders, billings, and forecasts. Generate reports, identify variances and risks, coordinate with accounting, project teams and subcontractors, perform cost engineering/estimation, and ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of cost and forecast reporting.

Lead end-to-end video production: develop concepts, write scripts, direct shoots on-location, edit cinematic videos with motion graphics and sound design, capture drone footage, mentor a junior videographer, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to produce branded content for campaigns, social, recruiting, and internal communications.
