Lead project delivery for steel procurement projects including project setup, buyout, contract execution, material procurement, schedule and budget management, change order tracking, coordination with GC/subcontractors, mentoring coordinators, and fiscal accountability.

Support BIM/VDC workflows from design through project completion: facilitate 2D/3D coordination, model missing content, perform 4D/5D schedule and cost analyses, run clash detection and assist conflict resolution, and produce material quantity take-offs for estimating.

Develop mechanical/HVAC takeoffs and procurement estimates; solicit and validate supplier quotes; prepare submittals and purchase requisitions; track orders, lead times, and logistics; support contract review, vendor negotiations, and procurement documentation to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Support mechanical design for mission-critical facilities (data centers, manufacturing) from concept through construction. Assist with calculations, equipment selection, drawings, coordination with other disciplines, construction administration, and application of codes and standards under senior mentorship.

Lead residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects: manage teams, clients, consultants, schedules, billings, profitability, business development, recruiting, and project performance while representing LJC externally.

Design and produce electrical installation drawings for medium/low-voltage power distribution, lighting, and special systems. Create single-line diagrams, panel schedules, grounding and lighting plans in Revit/AutoCAD. Perform load, short-circuit, ampacity, and voltage-drop calculations; prepare equipment specifications; support BIM modeling, construction, submittal review, and cross-discipline coordination.
