Supports the development, maintenance, and execution of advisor- and client-facing marketing materials, website content, product communications, campaigns, and launches for Individual Wealth. Coordinates reviews, approvals, timelines, and compliance requirements across multiple teams. Provides proofreading, stakeholder support, digital performance reporting, and marketing inbox management while ensuring content is accurate, accessible, compliant, and aligned with advisor and client needs.

Owns underwriting of complex ultra-high-net-worth insurance cases with face amounts up to $200M. Reviews medical, legal, personal, and financial information; assesses risk; negotiates with reinsurers and partners; and delivers competitive, client-focused decisions. The role also mentors underwriters, supports advanced-market technical development, collaborates with compliance, claims, legal, and operations teams, and advises leadership on evolving underwriting practices and risks.

Leads business development and account management for World Financial Group insurance advisors. Drives life and health insurance sales, develops advisor relationships, provides case consultation and product support, conducts presentations, and meets sales targets. Requires bilingual English and French fluency, financial industry and life insurance marketing experience, sales management expertise, a valid driver’s license, approximately 20% international travel, and proficiency with office software.

Leads business analysis for complex business and technology initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, process improvement, stakeholder workshops, risk management, implementation planning, business readiness, UAT, and post-launch validation.
