The Quality Engineer monitors quality metrics, analyzes defects and trends, leads root-cause investigations, and implements corrective and preventive actions. Administer, govern, optimize, and support CATIA and related engineering systems. Establish CAD standards, configuration practices, workflows, automation tools, and data-quality processes. Provide advanced user support, training, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, IT, PLM, manufacturing, and certification teams. Lead continuous-improvement initiatives that enhance system performance, engineering productivity, standardization, and adoption across global product-development programs.

The Cost Accountant analyzes manufacturing and production costs, maintains standard costs, posts inventory and work-in-progress journal entries, reconciles accounts, and prepares monthly reporting. The role explains margin variances, supports forecasting and annual planning, maintains cost and inventory KPI data, recommends cost-effective solutions, and assists with audits. It requires collaboration with management and cross-functional teams while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

Serve as senior HR leader for Huntington Beach operations, partnering with business leaders to drive employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, compliance, talent management, leadership coaching, HR operations, and team development to support organizational growth and operational success.

Develop and execute certification programs to demonstrate compliance with regulatory and OEM requirements. Create test plans/reports, review prototypes, oversee test article builds, track deliverables, interface with airlines/OEMs/FAA/suppliers, and serve as subject matter expert on flammability, dynamic/static testing, design compliance, and aircraft installation.

Drive supplier quality improvement through audits, APQP, root cause analysis and corrective actions. Perform on-site supplier visits, support new product launches, define process capability with engineering, report KPIs, lead audits, and ensure supplier conformance to specifications and safety standards.
